TabletPCBuzz.com could be down for at least a day or two while Spencer recovers from a harddrive failure.

Well..... this is where RAID comes into its own. RAID controlers are not that expensive - really, we do ot bother building a machine at work without it - even our humble UNIX workstations use mirrored drives.
My son and I are seriously considering installing a 4 drive RAID 5 system on our web server at home.
