Rob - a quick update. At 5:00 am I had another e-mail waiting for me from Gateway Support offering to send me a replacement port replicator to try to resolve the video issue I reported. Seems as though they're running 24/7. I really can't say enough about the experience - such a welcome deaprture from what seems to be the current trend.
